Inclusion and Equal Opportunity

The Inclusion and Equal Opportunity office is in place to advise management and employees on diversity and inclusion best practices, as well as ensure Aerospace effectively practices Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action. Its mission is to assist the corporation with attracting, employing, developing, and retaining diverse talent while ensuring that every employee receives access to a level playing field regarding all personnel practices and terms of conditions of employment.

Aerospace Diversity Action Committee (ADAC)

Fostering communications and sharing cultural differences are just a few of the ways Aerospace uses diversity to enhance its business. ADAC serves as a valuable mechanism for broadening communications among the affinity groups and provides a forum for input on issues of concern to employees and the corporation.

ADAC comprises management appointees and officers of eight affinity groups that represent African-American, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian-Pacific American, Latino/Hispanic, disabled, lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender, military veterans, and women employees.
