Sightings and recovered debris have been reported on and near the small islands of Giliraja and Giligenting, East Java, Indonesia.  The reported time of the sighting was 2:21 UTC on 26 September 2016.  At least one composite overwrapped pressure vessel was recovered by the local inhabitants with additional reports of further debris objects spotted in the nearby ocean areas.
