Participation and Registration Guidelines


The Aerospace University’s courses are primarily designed to meet the learning and professional development needs of Aerospace employees. Eligible Aerospace customers may participate in any of the courses listed in the Talent & Learning Center. Eligible customers include active-duty military and government civilian employees. For information regarding eligibility, contact the Aerospace University.

Registration Process

Participants must apply for an account to register for courses in the Talent & Learning Center. After account verification, users will receive a confirmation email with login instructions.

Already have an account? Log into the Talent & Learning Center to browse our catalog and register for courses.

Enrollment Confirmation

An automatic email confirmation will be sent to all participants. Please call if you have not received a confirmation and want to check the status of your enrollment.

Course Completion Criteria

In order to receive credit for course completion, students are required to attend a minimum of 80 percent of the sessions. In addition, they must meet any other course requirements (for example, completion of exercises, outbriefs, case studies, homework, exams, and delivery of a completed course evaluation). Determination of course completion status is made by The AerospaceUniversity and the lead instructor and/or instructor team.
