Innovation and collaboration were the themes when Aerospace leaders met with USC Provost Beth Garrett and leaders from the Viterbi School of Engineering and various research centers during a recent visit to the University of Southern California campus.

The committee toured several labs with innovative projects in robotics, wireless systems, digital archiving, media and data fusion, and software. The visit emphasized the need for Aerospace to maintain strong ties to the research and academic communities, for both recruiting and ongoing development of innovative solutions to the challenges faced by our nation.
