The top compares conventional polyaniline films with different thicknesses; the accompanying diagram shows the active polyaniline layer interacting with gas and the inactive underlayer. The bottom graph compares polyaniline nanofiber sensors of different thicknesses. The response times are much faster than it appears in the figure, due to the logarithmic scale.  More »
